The Leeds branch of the national organisation 'Johnson's Family Karate' holds classes in Cross Gates and at Fieldhead Carr Primary School.

2nd Dan instructor Andy Kendrick trains with Master Janet McKenna (Chief Instructor for North of England).  His fun and friendly classes are ideal for the whole family.  This is a great way to get fit while learning an ancient martial art which improves self-confidence, self-discipline and self-defense.  The first class is free, so get out your tracksuit and come along.  For more details email us or visit the Johnson's Karate website.
